The location of Villa Santimone is ideal for discovering the rich territory of the Province of Salerno and the nearby Parco del Cilento and enjoying the tranquility of a stay in the hills. The nearest beach is only 15km away and the nearby Eboli is connected with the railway network to the main tourist resorts that allows you to reach the provincial capital Salerno in just 28 minutes. From Villa Santimone you can set out to discover the ancient Greek Temples of Paestum, to reach blue flag beaches such as the famous Baia Trentova in the Gulf of Agropoli; you can join tours to the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast, or you can visit the islands of the Gulf of Naples, Capri and Ischia and relax to the nearby thermal baths of Contursi.

Known all over the world for the title of the most famous book by Carlo Levi "Christ stopped in Eboli" (Cristo si è fermato a Eboli) the city, only 1.8 km far from Villa Santimone, offers various attractions including itineraries, restaurants and entertainment. The Historical, Archaeological, Naturalistic and Religious Itinerary of the city includes, among the most interesting sites of the Ancient Center and of the guided nature trails: the MOA Museum of Operation Avalanche, the National Archaeological Museum of Eboli and the middle Sele valley, the Sanctuary of Saints Cosma and Damiano, the Colonna Castle, San Francis Church with its old Cloister.
